Padre Island National Seashore named one of 'best under-the-radar' beaches

Padre Island National Seashore is the only Texas beach to make the list, which was aimed at giving international travelers ten of the "best secluded, underrated" sandy beaches that will hopefully not suffer from overcrowding.
